The item(s) must be received back in our warehouse within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you. There will be a return shipping form that will be included in your package which must be completed and included in your return package back to us. Please DO NOT ship any merchandise to our warehouse without prior approval which can be obtained by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Purchases made IN-STORE can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
SALE items or items purchased using a coupon code are considered FINAL SALE.
All items must be unwashed, unworn, and have tags attached to be exchanged.
Earrings are always considered FINAL SALE.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR STORE CREDIT:
1) Re-pack the item(s) in a secure, waterproof package.
2) Complete the return form that arrived in your package and indicate on the form which item(s) you are exchanging and the reason. Include the form in your package.
3) You can choose which shipping method you prefer, however, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method as we WILL NOT be responsible for lost packages. Please be advised that return shipping charges will be at your own expense and will not be refunded to you with your store credit.
4) Label the return package with the shipping address:
